This contemporary new home is situated on the Esplanade in Sumner. The tile installation project involved three bedrooms, two bathrooms a large ensuite attached to the master bedroom, plus kitchen, and tiled floors in living areas and hallways. Terranova is proud to have contributed to the outstanding design and build effort that won this beautiful house the Gold Award, $1–$2 million category in the Placemakers House of the Year 2015.
