Contemporary architecture with refined interior spaces

This is a multi-million dollar build and the architecture stands out as very memorable.

Year: November 2013

Architect: O’Neil Architecture

Designer: Davinia Sutton

Builder: J. E. Dean Builders

Photography: John K Anderson©

Tile Installation: Terranova Tiling

Professional bathroom tiling by Terranova tiling included floor tiling and this impressive pencil mosaic feature wall tiling behind the bath laid feminine tones of beige and off white that matches the cream colour of the built in vanity.

The extent of the craftsmanship in the build of the house, the clean contemporary combination of natural stone, glass and cedar carried right throughout is exceptional.

Remarkable also is the knowledge and expertise required on the part of the builders, joiners and tradesmen involved to be able to complete a high-specification project like this to the exacting plans of the architect and client brief.

The use of large natural stone tiles on the floor, and stone mosaic on wing walls make the bathrooms really look fantastic!
